Sorry to bore you with legal “mumbo jumbo,” but since Gator Tots offers giveaways, I feel that it’s necessary.

Giveaways

Here are some rules for our giveaways:

Giveaways are open to U.S. residents over age 18. One entry per person is accepted unless the giveaway states that posting about us on your website, blog, forum, etc will gain additional entries.

Only comments with appropriate responses that follow the giveaway directions will be approved. Invalid comments will be deleted since they do not meet the requirements for an entry.

A winner will be selected after total comment amounts are tallied and entered at Random.org. The randomly generated number will tell us which comment number is the winner. I hate rigged contests, so I won’t run a dishonest contest myself - period.

Each winner will be notified by email and possibly a post on our blog or PrizeyWinners . The winner will have 24 hours after the notification email was sent to respond before a second notification is sent. If a response is not received within 24 hours after the second notification is sent, a new winner will be selected. I hate to do this, but someone has to win!

If you prefer to enter a giveaway via mail, please contact me for the address. Entries must be received by the deadline.

Prizes

Giveaway prizes will be sent via the most cost-effective US carrier. Gator Tots is not responsible for damage or loss by the carrier nor is responsible for incorrect addresses provided by contest winners. Occasionally, a prize of comparable value may be sent instead (I have a toddler…he gets into things sometimes…enough said).
