Below is a list of frequently asked questions and answers. If you don't find your question listed, please contact us and receive a prompt reply.

When will my order ship? TOP

Since 99% of Gator Tots' items are in-stock (unlike other websites that may drop ship products from vendors), most orders are shipped the same or next business day. Orders shipping via UPS usually ship the same business day if placed by 2pm EST.  Orders shipping via mail usually ship the next business day since mail is picked up early in the morning.  Rush shipping is available...simply email us for a quote and shipping times.   

How long until I receive my order? TOP
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on how close to Ohio the shipping destination is.

Items shipping via USPS Priority Mail usually arrive within 2-4 business days after shipment.  If placing an order on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday morning, Priority Mail shipping will likely be faster than UPS since the post office transports parcels during weekends, often delivering to customers on Monday or Tuesday.

Those orders shipping via UPS and often take 2-5 business days upon shipment (orders shipping to states near California will take the longest, those near Ohio the shortest).

We happily ship via UPS 2-day express or overnight upon request.

Will I get tracking information? TOP

Yes...it's fun to track packages isn't it? This is also helpful when you are sending a gift and would like to know when it arrives (and when you can expect a "thank you" phone call or email from the lucky recipient)!

You will be emailed tracking information for both USPS and UPS packages when we print the shipping labels (usually the night before shipment). You can simply click on the link provided to find out where your package is.  If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us, as it likely was delivered to your "spam" folder.

Please note that tracking information for USPS packages may not be updated until the package actually arrives close to the final destination. This means that you may get a "The post office has been electronically notified by the shipper that a package is to be mailed" message when in fact the package has already been shipped and may arrive shortly. You usually will be able to see updated tracking information at least a day before the item will be delivered.

I am sending a gift...will the invoice list what I paid? TOP

No one likes to give a gift with the price tag still attached, so that is why Gator Tots does not list any product prices on your invoice (we don't have price tags either). The invoice is simply a receipt of the goods that were purchased in case a return is necessary. Upon payment, a receipt showing detailed pricing information will be emailed to you - not the gift recipient.

Can I return items purchased? TOP

Yes! We don't want you to be stuck with a product that is not the right size or isn't what you expected. Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our return policy for complete details.
