Educational Puzzle

This is a great toddler or preschool educational puzzle for teaching children number recognition and counting in an exciting, hands-on way that also develops problem-solving and spatial reasoning (knowing what shapes fit into which spaces)!

Since many children learn best by hands-on activities, we thought this animals number puzzle was terrific, especially considering the variety of number activities that children can do with one educational puzzle: match number pieces to the spaces on the animal puzzle pieces, place the animal puzzle pieces into the puzzle frame, practice counting the 10 animal puzzle pieces while seeing the corresponding number, or counting the animals printed on the picture card underneath the puzzle to determine which number and animal fits into that space!
