How can I contact Gator Tots?

Please complete our contact form, and we WILL respond quickly - often within the hour and sometimes on weekends too! 

 

Why don't I see an "Add to Cart" button?

Several customers using certain versions of the Internet Explorer browser are unable to view the "Add to Cart" button on product pages.  We are currently working on resolving this issue.  Using a different browser such as Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome should allow you to place your order, or you can contact us and we'll help you place your order.

 

When will my order ship?

Since we stock 100% of our products, most orders ship the same or next business day (excluding holidays).  Personalized and custom items take longer but usually ship 3-5 business days after the order is placed.   If for some reason an item is out of stock, we will contact you ASAP to discuss how you would like to proceed (cancel item or substitute a different product).

Unlike other online stores, we ship lickety split and don't surprise you with annoying backorders! 

 

When will I receive my order?

Transit times vary based upon your distance from Ohio, carrier selected (UPS or USPS), and even the day of the week your order is shipped.  If you selected UPS or FedEx, your order will take 1-5 business days in transit (ex: California destinations take 4 days in transit while the East coast is only 2 days)...you can view the UPS/FedEx transit map here.  Priority Mail and First Class mail usually takes 2-3 days in transit.  We have found that postal orders shipped on Friday sometimes reach our customers on Monday!

Do you ship internationally?

While we used to ship to Canada, we have since discontinued this service due to the USPS taking WEEKS to deliver orders, which equals unhappy little gators. 

 

Can I place my order over the phone?

At this time, Gator Tots accepts web orders only.  If we sit around gabbing on the phone all day, orders start to back up, and we pride ourselves on prompt shipping!


How do I return an item?

Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of order placement pending that the item is unused, un-opened, and is resalable.  Complete the "returns" section of your packing slip and include a copy with your return.  Items that smell of smoke cannot be returned.  Personalized items are non-returnable; if Gator Tots made a mistake customizing your product, please contact us so that we can correct our error. 

 

Does Gator Tots have a wholesale program?

We currently do not wholesale our products but may eventually offer our custom personalized kids' t-shirts to wholesale customers.  Contact us if you are interested in retailing our personalized shirts.
