Our PVC-free soft molded plastic baby crumb catcher bibs are made with care in China by Iplay Baby.  Package may not state "BPA free" but we have confirmation from the manufacturer that they are.  If you like Pelican bibs, these baby bibs are very similar but do not crack as easily.
